As one of Switzerland's most beautiful and popular tourist centres, Lucerne is a perfect festival city. Hear the Vienna Philharmonic and other famous orchestras in the excellent acoustics of Lucerne's new Konzertsaal.


The concerts we will hear during our visit to the Lucerne Festival are mostly in the impressive new Konzertsaal. The programmes are as follows:-

Staying in the delightful 4* Wilden Mann Hotel in the centre of Lucerne. There will be a guided walking tour of this beautiful city on the banks of Lake Lucerne, surrounded by the Alps. The famous wooden bridges and finely painted historic buildings are a feature of the city.
