Opera at Aix-en-Provence

Festival International d’Art Lyrique d’Aix-en-Provence is one of Europe’s major opera festivals.


The opera venues are the new Grand Théâtre de Provence, Théâtre de Jeu de Paume and Théâtre de l'Archevêché, an open air theatre in the courtyard of the old Archbishop's Palace.
We are offering three operas and a concert by the London Symphony Orchestra.

Aix-en-Provence is an elegant city with beautiful old buildings, magnificent squares and fountains, street cafés, markets, art galleries and boutiques. 
We stay in the centre in the pleasant and peaceful 3* Hôtel des Augustins.
A guided tour of Aix and a sightseeing trip by coach are included.
