| | | | | | | Music in a French VillageWednesday 16 - Wednesday 23 June 2010
Our own festival in Cucugnan, in the wine growing Corbières region of the South of France, a pretty mediaeval village overlooked by Quéribus, one of the many spectacular Cathar Castles in this area. Surrounded by rugged mountains, the dramatic Cathar countryside has lots of historical interest and amazing scenery. The village itself is probably best known for the children's story "Le Curé de Cucugnan" by Alphonse Daudet, which is read by every child in France!
