Lake District Summer Music

Lake District Summer Music is a well established festival which takes place annually in one of the most spectacular regions of the British Isles, the Lake District National Park.



 International artists come to the festival each year to give recitals and chamber concerts. The concerts and other festival events will take place in different Lakeland venues, but mainly at Ambleside Parish Church, which has recently been beautifully renovated. This church is within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Staying in the Rothay Manor Hotel, a privately owned Country House hotel, situated close to the centre of Ambleside and Lake Windermere. This elegant Georgian house, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, is known for its excellent restaurant, recommended by the Good Food Guide.
There will be a guided sightseeing trip by coach.
We provide transport to concerts outside Ambleside.
